Red Cedar Estates I and II

The three bedroom unit consists of 1,032 spacious sq.ft.  This unit has a master bedroom suite with a 3/4 bath. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookup along with a patio or deck area. 

The development is currently in leaseup and units are being leased. Special leaseup incentives are now available. These incentive programs will be expiring soon so check them out now. 

The development is located at 1510 E. Cemetery Road in the Southeastern part of River Falls, Wisconsin near the intersection of Cemetery Road and Highway 65. It is located 3 blocks east of the new River Falls High School.
