Rents and Security Deposits

We have two rent rates for each bedroom size. The rents are linked to the 30% AMI (Average Medium Income) per household size or the 60% AMI per household size. See income restrictions section for more details. The rents for each apartment type are shown below:

2 Bedroom    30% AMI - $270         60% AMI - $560

3 Bedroom    30% AMI - $310         60% AMI - $630

Only 10% of the units, a total of six, are 30% AMI units. There are 3 two bedroom units at the $270 rents and 3 three bedroom units at the $310 rents. There is a waiting list for these units.
