Rents And Security Deposit

We have a range of rents for each apartment depending upon your family income. The rents for each apartment type are shown below:

2 Bedroom   $469 to $557

3 Bedroom   $573 to $632

Normally our security deposit is one month's rent. However, we have lowered the security deposit to $300 during our initial lease-up.
