Pet Policy

Red Cedar Estates allows small dogs and cats in your apartment home. Only common household pets are allowed. There is a pet deposit of $350 non-refundable pet fee and $15 extra monthly rent. Dogs are limited to less than 30 pounds when fully grown. If you have a dog will be too large when it is fully grown, then you will not be allowed to apply. Be sure that you discuss any pet issues before you apply.
