Rental Application

Call our resident manager at 605-341-7171 to setup an appointment and to receive an application. In order to process your application please bring in your application fee of $25 plus $15 for each additional adult. Your application cannot be accepted without this payment. Units are reserved only after your application is approved and all verifications are processed.
