Blue Springs Village is a pet friendly community. All pets must be registered with the office. Any offspring of the pet shall not be kept in the apartment past the age of six weeks. The resident is responsible for all damages caused by the pet and agrees to reimburse for all such damages to the management has the right to request a pet be removed permanently from the premises if such a pet causes unusual noise or disturbances or unusual damage to the apartment community. Refusal to comply shall constitute a breach of the Apartment lease.

Pets are not to exceed 30 lbs in weight at Maturity, except for seeing eye dogs and physician prescribed comfort pets. All pets must show records that all required shots are up to date.

A non-refundable pet fee of $350 must be paid to the management before the pet is brought on the property.
