Income Restrictions
In order to qualify for our apartments, you will
need to meet certain income qualifications.
We have different levels of income restrictions
and these income
limits are based on the number of people in your
household. Income for all household members is
counted and includes, but is not limited to:
earned income, social security, SSI, disability,
pension, unemployment, and child support. If
your total annual income is under the limits
listed below, you may qualify for an apartment
at our beautiful new community.

The rent amounts will vary based on your income. It
is sometimes difficult to determine whether or not
you meet the income restrictions. To get a
definitive answer, please contact the leasing office
to discuss your income and household status.
