Hawthorne Hills

This project consists of 72 units of two and three bedroom units. The floor plan for the two bedroom unit consists of 893 spacious sq.ft. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookup along with either a patio or deck area.

The three bedroom unit consists of 1,098 spacious sq.ft.  This unit has a master bedroom suite with a 3/4 bath. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookup along with a patio area. 

The development is currently in leaseup and units are being leased.

The development is located along Stage Road in the Frazier area of Des Moines, Iowa.
