Rents And Security Deposit

We have a range of rents for each apartment depending upon your family income. The rents for each apartment type are shown below:

1 Bedroom   $452 to $505

2 Bedroom   $541 to $575

Normally, our security deposit is one month's rent. However, we have lowered the security deposit to $150.
