One Bedroom Unit

This project consists of  80 units of which 8 are one bedroom unit.  The floor plan for the one bedroom unit consists of 737 spacious sq.ft. This unit has a walk in closet in the master bedroom and an extra storage space inside your apartment. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookup along with either a patio or deck area.

The rents for a one bedroom unit varies from $487 for a 50% AMI unit  to $547 for a 60% AMI Unit depending upon your income.
