Income Restrictions

In order to qualify for our apartments you will need to meet certain include qualifications. If you think that you might be eligible, please contact our resident manager. It is sometimes difficult to determine whether or not you meet the income restrictions. To get a definitive answer it is best to contact our resident manager.

We have different levels of income restrictions depending upon the size of your family size. Below we have listed the different income restrictions depending upon your family size.

You qualify to rent at Gilcrease if your income is less than the above amounts. It is best to call our leasing manager to schedule a appointment to find out whether you qualify. The Section 42 program is very technical and we have been able to qualify many people who didn't believe that they would qualify.
