Rents And Security Deposit

We have a range of rents for each apartment depending upon your family income. The rents for each apartment type are shown below:

2 Bedroom   $500

3 Bedroom   $600

Normally our security deposit is one month's rent. The security deposit to $200 with 1/2 being non-refundable and the application fee is $40.
