You can download a rental application package to fill out from our web site to minimize your time at our onsite office. This will speed up your application process.

Call our site leasing manager at 701-221-1163 to setup an appointment. Units are going fast so don't delay. Units are reserved only after your application is approved and all verifications are processed. The sooner your application is submitted the better chance you have of getting the unit that you want.

You will notice that the application asked you to identify all of your sources of income. The property manager will provide you the additional forms that are required for each source of income. You can get this form when you sit down for your interview. If you would like a copy of the form prior to your appointment, please contact the property manager and she will fax it or send it to you.
