Rental Application

You fill out a rental application package at our onsite office. In order to process your application please bring in your application fee of $35. Your application cannot be accepted without this payment. The $35 application fee is applied toward your $450 security deposit if you are accepted as a tenant.  Your application fee is refunded if you are denied for any reason. The application fee is not refunded if you cancel.

Call our property manager at 319-754-7373 to setup an appointment. Units are going fast so don't delay. Units are reserved only after your application is approved and all verifications are processed.
